Artistic Mission:

Remember that secret passageway you and your best friend found while playing after school?  That crisp fall day, when leaves crinkled underfoot?  Your heart pitter pattered staring down that promising darkness?  The excitement and anticipation and mystery tickled your brain and called you forward.  “Come explore,” it whispered in a tone too magical to resist?

Ever since I can remember my mind has been fascinated by the road less traveled.  The mystery waiting to unfold.  The descent into the maelstrom.  As a performance artist, my pieces evoke and embody that curious and creative child living within us all.  As a dancer, singer, composer and actor, the horizons of the imagination are my muse.  No stage confines my dreams turned reality.  My pieces embrace, incorporate and draw inspiration from the places, the history, the spirit and the beauty of the environment they live in.  Fusing the magic of sound and movement with drama, text and literature creates conceptual realities to provoke the mind.  Color, texture and light tantalize the senses, to create a world of immersive, imaginative mental “play” for performers and audiences alike. 

So throw down your daily realities.  Find your fairy dust, magic carpet or Tardis.  Come adventure with me.
